Welcome to Elixir Therapies! I’m Kate, I graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Sciences in Massage Therapy. I specialize in Clinical Rehabilitative Massage & Manual Lymphatic Drainage. My expertise also extends to Prenatal Massage, Relaxation & Cupping. It would be an absolute joy for me to be a part of your healing journey, whether you're an athlete, dealing with the aftermath of a sedentary job, recovering post-surgery, or simply looking to remedy past neglect of self-care, massage is a wonderfully effective elixir to rejuvenate your muscles & mind.
